For the seeker who is also the teacher.
There is no reflection without light.
There is no knowing light without reflection.
There is no perception without the physical.
There is no knowing the physical without perception.

A Passion for the Energy of Things
We are energy. The chair we sit on is energy.
Our actions are energy. Our thoughts are energy.
Everything is energy. Everything is in motion. Everything is expanding.
The Elements
The energy of the elements exist all around and in our life. They are the layers of the lived experiences and how we operate within ourselves and in the world. The Tarot uses them to help us identify and work with them.
The Major Arcana
The Major Arcana show us what energies might be moving through our life right now, what is available to us in this moment, whether we see them or not. They are not problems to solve or something to fear, they are currents to understand and work with as feels right for our own unique journey.
The Minor Arcana
The Minor Arcana help us consider what energies are within our control through inner work and in our day-to-day life. Looking at how we are showing up, where we are reacting, responding, opening, or closing and asking gently to consider a new story as we become aware of current stories that are no longer true.
Declaring / Sensing Energies
The declaring energies of sharing, imagining, discerning, and moving through the worlds we live are represented in the Tarot by Fire and Air (Wands and Swords).
The sensing energies of receiving, attuning, grounding, and knowing our way through the worlds we live are represented in the Tarot by Water and Earth (Cups and Pentacles).
We need to be aware of and engage with both to be balanced.
The Outer World
Our thoughts, our beliefs, and our lived, embodied experience on Planet Earth make up our outer world. The physical world we live in. We can call this the seen world, external or outer world, or our created world. In the Tarot this world is represented by Air and Earth (Swords and Pentacles).
The Inner World
Our will, our vision, our deepest knowing, our capacity for unconditional love live in our inner world. We can call this the unseen world, the internal or inner world, or our creating world. In the Tarot this world is represented by Fire and Water (Wands and Cups).
What if…
you don’t need to wait to “know enough” to teach
What if…
the people you are meant to teach already have what they need inside them
What if…
you are meant to hold the light up so they can find the diamond hidden inside
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space lies our freedom and power to choose our response.”
-Viktor Frankl-
(popularized by Stephen R. Covey)
